    I was watching a movie eagle eye, that I have watched before now I am being told there is unknown format and I may have to download another program…I always fill out your surveys for the privilidge of watching your shows, I enjoy them however I am not all of a sudden in the middle of my show downloading another program to finish watching it. Furthermore, I get the little will unlock the video format for 48 hrs. every time I try to watch one…even if I have done the survey just before my current movie…that is BS

    You must have cookies enabled for the unlocker to work. The cookie stays on your computer for 48hrs. If you delete your cookies or your browser is blocking cookies, than the unlocker won’t work.
